The processing time for orders is 7-10 business days.
Packages will be sent through the USPS. Delivery time will depend on your location, but is typically 3-10 business days.
Currently, we are only able to ship to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
We are not responsible for a package once it has been received by the USPS.
I am confident you will love your knit socks, but if for any reason you have a question regarding an exchange or return please contact us at theyarnlover@gmail.com.
Please note: Socks can be returned up to 2 weeks after receiving them at your expense. They must be in their original condition, not worn or washed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
